We had to put our 12 yr old Great Pyrenees down a month ago, and made a 40 mile one way trip to see if they had any dogs that might fill our void. We weren't allowed to see a single dog. Apparently, you have to pick your new dog from the pictures on their web site, and fill out an application, and be approved, before you can even see that dog. Then, that is the only dog you will be shown. They seemed to have a nice facility, but I won't be back. Nor will I be making any donations to them.

Incredibly rude front desk people. Went in to see the animals as we were just passing through. It seems to be more common for shelters (especially private shelters) to only allow active adopters to see the pets, however having basic human deceny and patience is pretty nice to have when you are notifying people of this rule. It also smelled terrible. Highly reccomend going to an actual, state run humane society where the focus is on the animals, not money. And where the staff is friendly and helpful instead of rude.

Wonderful shelter. The receptionist was very nice and they help low income families by offering low cost spay and neuters.
You can tell that they love the animals there as the dogs outside seemed so happy.

This is hands down THE BEST vet and clinic we have EVER had experience with! Kay Creese is the most amazing vet. Had it not been for her and her staff, I wouldn't have my baby boy, Uno!

St Francis is amazing! I filled out an application in line about a small dog I was interested in and was contacted within 48 hours. Most places require an application to weed out people that probably shouldn't have a pet. I get it.
Anyway, I drove 5 hours to get there and I'm so glad I did. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I adopted a small, one year old Terrier mix that is WONDERFUL. Their fees are reasonable and I was in and out in 30 minutes. If you're looking for a reputable place to get a healthy furry friend then I highly suggest you get in touch with these folks.

They are an amazing adoption agency. They do all they can for each and every animal. From castration and spay to specialty diets. They are an all in one.

I called last wk to see if they would take 2 female adult cats and 1 kitten.
I told them my sister dumped them on me and didn't want them back.
I also told them they cant stay in my home, my 10 yr old is getting ready to do chemotherapy.
I called back today like they told me and last wk they told me they would have room this wk for them.
But they lied to me.
I was told to deal with them on my own..
The person I talked to on the phone was very rude and hateful..
I never in my life dealt with anyone or any place that doesn't have a heart when it comes to a child getting ready to do chemotherapy
