I've been a loyal customer since 2012, and let me tell you, Tien, Jennifer, and Tin have won not just my trust but the trust of my entire family. I can't stress enough how exceptional their customer service is - it's the kind that leaves you feeling like you're part of their family. Their professionalism is unmatched, and I can confidently vouch for their services. If I had to give them a rating, it would be a perfect 10 out of 10 - they're that good!

Avoid this place! I came here as a recommendation and they wasted my time. Very unprofessional and one of the staff Trang said that she is busy but there is no clients at all when I was looking over at her table. I sat there waiting for a while for someone to assist me and I own multiple businesses. I ended up getting denied help for filing my taxes due to their "busy schedule". I have been with Ms Trang for 4 years. Honestly, She is amazing! The tax office is always busy, but Ms Trang is always patient and helpful. If you have questions, she is the one who is there to help you out. She answers every question I have. Every time when the tax season comes, i go there and wait for a couple of hours. I can see that she has never had her own time to eat or had lunch. She is there to do her job and doesn’t want her customers to wait any longer. I have been recommending many friends to see Ms. Trang, and I will continue doing that.

I am so happy that I went to get my taxes done here with Tien, Jennifer, and Tien. I know that there are many places to get your taxes done, but I am deeply impressed by how business was conducted here at CTI city Financial and Tax Services. I know my limitations and taxes are one of them. However, everything was explained very well and the process was comfortable and professional. Being with CTi Financial for 6 years now, and 6 years with Ms. Trang (Jennifer), is excellent. Period. The office itself is great, but chi Trang always goes above and beyond to serve and help. And of course, I was with other CPAs in the past, but chi Trang is phenomenon. She is very kind, detailed, answering right to the point, and answering million of questions that I have. Văn phòng CTi Financial và chị Trang làm việc rất tốt và dễ thương nữa. Riêng tôi thì thích chị Trang và đã nhờ chị khai thuế được 6 năm. Không có 1 chút gì phải phàn nàn cả, thường làm 1 chổ nhiều năm sẽ dễ dàng thấy khuyết điểm và điều không hài lòng, nhưng chị Trang không khiến tôi thấy như thế. Làm việc nhanh nhẹn, đâu ra đó dù văn phòng và riêng chị Trang RẤT bận. Mỗi lần tôi đến dù có hẹn trước hay không đều phải chờ 1-2 tiếng là ít.
