My past two experiences with property management companies put my experience with TI communities to shame when i was through Stars and Stripes homes they made sure my maintenance issues were handled with urgency Silverbrook Apartments owned by TI communities in Aurora, Colorado does not care about it's tenants at all as long as they get their rent thats all they're concerned with and for that reason I do not recommend this property management company at all

The worst property management group ever! they do not care about tenants EVER! you might as well call the city on them if you have a maintenance emergency! they don’t hold their properties accountable for doing wrong to tenants.

Amir Muhammad keeps the grounds clean and has a very pleasant and respectful attitude towards the tenants he’s very polite and helpful .

As soon as you tell the managers you have leasing experience they’ll leave you there alone on your 2nd day. No training, nothing. Also the managers are lazy and will let you deal with frustrated/angry residents while they hide in the back for over an hour - no teamwork whatsoever. Not only that we had a meeting with the home office and they’ll yell at you like children. There’s plenty of leasing/property management jobs out there, I wouldn’t recommend this company even if it was your LAST resort.

I lived at heights on Perrin for about a month I was so happy to finally have an apartment I thought things were going to be so great there until my apartment was shot at, they made me leave my apartment after a month of me begging them to replace my sliding door for the longest time anyone could just walk right in my apartment if they wanted to the apartments refused to replace it or look at the cameras to provide any information as to what happened I'm guessing because the cameras did not function. They told me eventually after I refused to pay rent that I had to move out of my apartment due to being involved in criminal activity they didn't give me any type of notice at all and now I have thousands of dollars being reported to my credit report. I'm truly disgusted by this I thought the apartments were going to help me through this endeavor but instead they villified me and left me out to dry

Horrible place to live the Clayson in palatine is the worst place to live at the 2 years we lived there we had Mold ,leaks from the ceiling that they just painted over doors falling on kids ppl having the most dangerous animals there when u complain they say it’s a service dog I don’t this a king corso is a service dog it’s not a place u want to rent and then they want to charge me two months rent when I gave them 2 months notice stay away from this place also finding out the office manager is ignoring everything she has shady stuff working there some our be careful your better off living under a building they need to get rid of her and her puppets Susana is a delightful person and every understanding I’m in the process of getting a lawyer

I’ve lived at The Cornerstone community in Doraville, Ga for almost a year and I will not be renewing my lease. I’ve had constant problem with my apartment since I first moved in. For starters all of the counter tops in the kitchen wasn’t completely finished being renovated. The countertops were sticky and the finishing was peeling off. If I sat anything wet on the counter top it would paint to dissolve. It took them over a month to come and fix that. I didn’t have screen for none of my windows and when I asked them about it maintenance told me that they don’t provide screens for the windows. Not believing this to be true, I called the property management and they confirmed that they are suppose to provide screens for my windows. The leasing manager called and told me that they placed an order for some and that they will be installed the following week. Almost a year has passed and I have not gotten screens for my windows. Within weeks of living there things started falling apart and I found myself submitting work order requests every other week. My problem now is my fridge stoped working and I had to throw away over $150 worth of groceries. I’ve never experienced so many problems living in an apartment before. This doesn’t even includes the pest problem. I really wish I can give 0 stars.

I’ve also had a number of packages stolen from my front door. The staff needs to do a better job with ensuring the safety and comfortability of all of their residents. If this complex is indicative of the property management company as a whole, which I believe to be so, I would say to stay away from any community that is managed by this company.
