I initially gave 5 stars because I liked how my car looked after getting my tint. But after the five day don't use your window recommendation I went to use my windows and the driver door lost the ability to auto raise and lower and the passenger doesn't work at all with the driver side control. I reached out to say what was happening and he basically blew it off saying it was working fine at the time. Never tried to offer any assistance on fixing it as though I broke my own window controls. That type of service is why I wouldn't go back which I had planned to get my girl car done but now I wouldn't use or recommend him at all.

Brought my one day old MB G550 to Ivan at T.I Auto Customs in Wood Dale. I live in the city, but this place is easy to get to as it is just west of O'Hare. Firstly, the consultation process was thorough and informative, more so than other places I've considered. Ivan was responsive both by email and phone each and every time I reached out. He took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, offering expert advice on the best tint options for my vehicle. His knowledge of different tint materials and regulations ensured that I made an informed decision that perfectly suited my requirements as I wanted a specific tint material and grade of tint different from factory installed. The installation itself was flawless. Ivan worked on it personally with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that the tint was applied seamlessly. The end result totally exceeded my expectations — my new car looks amazing and will immediately notice the benefits in terms of glare reduction and interior temperature control as this car will be headed to the Arizona desert in a few months. Highest recommendation possible.

Really good service. We live in the middle of the city in Chicago and the drive was really not bad. On arrival Ivan greeted us, and got started right away. He didn’t push us to do anything we didn’t want or upsell. Actually, he was honest and upfront saying that the front windshield tint was illegal, which I was grateful for. I still went ahead and tinted the windows and the windshield but I choose to go with 50% instead. I did 5% on the sides and back. He said it would be about 1.5-2 hours and car was ready at 2 hours on the dot. Clean comfy waiting area with Netflix and water/snacks. Car looks AMAZING and I’ve been getting compliments ever since I tinted it. Planning on working with Ivan again for some ceramic and detailing. I appreciated his honesty and his ability to match my needs. Would recommend anyone looking for tint to this place, and the prices were much cheaper than Chicago area and work was top notch. Very happy and love my car. Rims next!

This was the best experience for tinting I’ve had ever. They were super nice, and accommodated my appointment for Saturday. I did originally purchase through GroupOn and they honored that as well. They had a nice waiting room area with a tv and streaming services. There’s also a restroom as well. They explained all of the window options for the vehicle as well as well as explainging what’s legal and what is not. Afterwards they explained all the rules about aftercare and even left a microfiber towel with some treats as well. Ivan and his team did great! Make sure to ask about the life time warranty because that was also a huge plus.

Shady business. Manipulates reviews. BEWARE. THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER GOOD TINT SHOPS IN THE SUBURBS THAN THIS ONE.

Showed up for my appointment and the owner told me he cannot guarantee a perfect job and to expect bubles because it is a small window on a convertible being tinted & it will pick up contaminates while being installed. . I told him I'm sure you'll do a good job, but that's what reviews are for.

He then REFUSED to tint the window unless I promised to NOT give a review. I reluctantly agreed.

He took my car in the back and twenty minutes later said he doesn't feel comfortable doing the work and said take the car to a different shop. When I got in my car I also noticed my dash cam was disabled by the owner. My dash cam is on 24/7 because it is connected to my cars electrical system. It never turns off.

Think to yourself...do I want to spend my hard earned money at this shop that hides reviews? Please be careful and shop around before settling here. There are too many good options to settle for this dirty shop. God bless.

Very respectful people. Quality is definitely one of their best attributes. They did a wonderful job detailing the interior and exterior of my car. I will definitely go back to them and recommend them. I just have one suggestion for them, and that is putting a big sign of where you guys are located. It was little difficult to find where they’re at because they’re a little hidden. But other than that- great service! Keep up the good work!

Ivan, you are a true artist! Amazing work!
My Son had his Scatpack tinted a few weeks ago and was so happy with the work. Based on my Son's experience, I decided to go ahead and have my Wrangler tinted as well. Ivan met me at the front door 5 minutes before my scheduled appt. I had a few questions and wanted something done that isn't standard work. Ivan helped me decide what would look best, and it turned out amazing! Ivan took the time to explain some of the upgrade options at my request, and I ended up choosing to upgrade my service, but there was no hard upsell or pressure to upgrade. The cherry on top is the fact that the prices for the window tinting with my requested upgrades and some custom work was below other quotes I received for just basic window tinting at other local businesses. Word of mouth is the best advertising, especially for a family owned and operated small business, and I will tell everyone I know that is looking for automotive custom work where they should go! I could not be happier!

they did an amazing job at tinting my 2023 Honda civic sport. the tints complete the car’s look + were super well done. Didn’t take long for the tints to be done and customer service was great! I will definitely be referring others here!
