We had a window replaced. The young man (Kobe) was the technician that replaced the glass. Kobe did an excellent job and was very detailed and professional. American Door & Glass is a first class operation that gets the job done. I highly recommend the company for your Glass and Door needs.

We had a new construction custom home that needed 3 bathrooms worth of shower glass. Grant (owner) and team worked with us on quotes, changes, and challenges. Grant is a great communicator and proactively let us know what was going on and the scheduling. I highly recommend this company!

Had 2 mirrors that needed to be cut and these people managed to cut the wrong side, even after being told and us drawing on the mirror. No offer to remedy the situation but expected us to pay for our now useless mirrors.

I've had 2 great service experiences with Rob at American Door & Glass here in Lago Vista. Just yesterday, he and Paul serviced my 10 year old, very large sliding doors on my front porch. The job of installing new wheels and a track cover was a challenge due to the foundation settling over the years, which made removing the doors nearly impossible. They persevered and figured out a workaround that was a much safer approach to removing the doors and risking glass breakage. Rob is an excellent communicator who will talk you through all the details of the project before any work is performed. He and Paul took great care and attention to detail on this job that took much longer than anticipated. Thank you both for your patience with our sliders. We are finally able to enjoy our smooth rolling sliders again!!!

Horrible spent time trying to coordinate and a week later had to reach out myself to find out my project was out of scope. What a waste or time. Wanted to keep things local but this place seems not to be dependable. If you are looking you can do better elsewhere
