We are in search of our sweet Luna… she’s been missing for weeks and my girls are devastated. She is chipped but we recently discovered that the phone number that she was registered to is one that is no longer valid… so I’m wondering if she had been found and bc we couldn’t be reached, she was adopted out. Our sweet Luna is a tuxedo cat, she has a beauty mark on her nose and she had on a red collar… she was about 6 years old, if you have any information I would appreciate it.

This morning, I took my beautiful 16-year-old cat to this facility for euthanasia. The check-in process was fast and efficient. What I want to compliment the most, however, is the dignity and compassion that was shown to my cat (and me) by the vet (or vet tech) that performed the euthanasia. I wasn’t allowed to be in the room during the actual procedure, but she let me see her afterward. Everything was explained to me. I was allowed to spend as much time with my baby as I needed to—I wasn’t rushed at all. I wish I had gotten the name of this vet/vet tech who was so very, very kind. I appreciate her so much.

The check in process was smooth, though the tablet you had to push hard for it to read. I only visited the cat side, not even the kittens. The cat room was very clean and quiet and the cats seemed as comfortable as they could be in the environment. A worker came in and was very sweet. She shared her experiences with each cat.

Receptionist at the front desk was rude and short with her responding. She then said that we are not animal lovers here! I have reported this shelter for unnecessary euthanasia and used of funds to the city and the Humane Society.

This is a dream come true compared to the Animal Foundation in Las Vegas, but when we went there weren’t many animals. They had about 10 dogs and 1 cat. Maybe they adopted a bunch through the holidays. It wasn’t worth the drive for us though. I could tell it’s a nicer place to adopt from than the Animal Foundation. They had baskets of freebies for new pet owners, etc. we were helped within 5-10 mins. Nobody was particularly friendly or rude. There just weren’t many pets! It also smelled a little funny but better than….. the Animal Foundation.

They have been amazing I adopted my spoiled rotten love Odin from them in June. He has been the best boy ever so sweet loves everyone’s great with my son end up finding a stray kitten over the weekend and I went to them and they were able to take him in and find him a home. The experience with even doing that was amazing.

Put down two 6 months old kittens that I brought in for adoption because they didn't make a effort to get them adopted. Kittens that I personally feed and petting for months. Don't bring babies here to be slaughter. The kennels are all empty for a reason.
