Absolutely my favorite pet store (food, toys, treats, wash - you name it). Great selection of good food for my Sophie; excellent selection of leashes, harnesses, etc. Dog bakery also great too. Wash basins are a great height, and all the necessary accoutrements for washing are available for your use (including dryers!). Shop local!

I took my four Pomeranians here to get baths at their self-service dog wash. The facilities are super clean and everything I needed to make them look good was provided. The staff is super friendly and gave lots of treats to my four. Also, they have an excellent selection of premium dog food, treats, leashes, etc. We’ll definitely be back!

Thank you to Bianca (I sincerely hope I remembered your name right!!) for her help when I stopped by today and bought a blanket for my girl. It was a perfect fit and she approves! ❤️ Well try to stop by to show it off at some point!

Other than the blanket, there were some really high quality toys, treats, and food options that I will most likely take advantage of in the future!

Lovely staff at Happy Hound, took my dogs there for a bath pricing was very reasonable for two dogs. They provided everything I needed to wash them, except the dogs wanting to be washed. Will definitely go back again and they have a great selection of chew toys snacks dog food and all sorts of stuff for dogs.

Twice this week I've had to stop in for a new puppy who's been a very finicky eater and both times I've met different staff who have taken exceptional amount of time and been very kind and thorough and helping me find the right food. I've forgotten that customer service could be like this. Thank you so much!

Met the owner while we were there, she answered all my brother's questions with great information. Amazing selection of very unique designs for collars and leashes. There was a nifty dog toy I'd never seen before, a dog sized version of the cat fishing pole toys. My brother's dog is enjoying it! Even a small little cat section as well. Will definitely be coming here again. They aslo have 2 bath stalls where you can give your pupper a bath. She told my brother "we dont carry anything here that we wouldnt give our dogs" and being that it is a local small business, it is their decision, not some big corprate buyers of what they carry. Great atmosphere!

This is not the normal review I like to write but I’ve taken my dogs to Happy Hound 4 times and the 4th was the last.

I’m disappointed to say the least about this place. I have taken my 9 month old puppy to use their stations for grooming and nail clipping and each time there is always something..

The first time we walked in we encountered the Owner of Happy Hounds and (its this lady with white shorty spiked hair) When we arrived and walked in the owner rudely said “what?” As in “what do you want” we instantly told her we arrived for our booth time and she didn’t speak and just pointed to the stations. This is our first time there and we did not feel welcomed. (Owner was giving us mean looks when the puppy was barking a little bit since he was new to it at the time)

The Second time we went in there and we had a good experience with the other staff members. (Not the owner) The rest of the staff treats people with respect and doesn’t mean look or judge other dogs.

The thirds time my spouse went in and once again ran into the owner and ignored us the whole time and the way she spoke to her staff was uncalled for and not friendly. Completely disrespectful.

The last and fourth time she ignored us like usual and then tried to tell us to “watch our dog” when we had his on a short leash and hand on collar..? He was completely accounted for. The cherry on top was when we still had 30 minutes to groom him on the clock and she walked over to me asked me very rude “Are you done yet? I’m trying to leave” …..Reminder she ignored us walking in and that was her first words to us and we paid for our time slot.. When we finally finished she rolled her eyes at us and said bye..

This place is ran and operated by the owner and I wouldn’t suggest this place again.
