What a great store! I was helped by the nicest associate too! She listened and guided me directly to options that were perfect- my little pup's birthday happies! They have Stella & Chewy products too! Very nice store and great experience.

At first I was very unhappy at how slow your response time was. But finally you did replace my 2 broken cables. So now I am a happy camper. I do love the convenience of your magnet system.

This place was amazing. I'm so disappointed in myself that I have lived in this community for over two years and never visited. I normally have to go all the way to Southpark for the dog wash center....never again! The staff was so pleasant and walked me through the doggie wash. I appreciate the way the station was set up especially to wash my Dane. I will certainly be a regular!

Hollywood Feed (Formerly Pet People) is our go to for bully sticks for our Doberman. We also occasionally get his regular food from here (different location) as well as other random treats/snacks throughout the year.

The staff is always friendly and there are occasionally some really good sales.

We'll definitely be back.

We love Hollywood Feed, especially the Waverly location. Very friendly and helpful/knowledgeable staff, great variety of products and good sales. Our canine loves to go shopping there with me as well. It certainly is my go to pet store.
Plus they host Charlotte SPCA events there too, which makes it super convenient to get your new baby all the supplies you need.

I had the best experience at this location! Canaan and Mia were both exceptionally helpful and patient as I asked all the questions about having a new puppy. They had great recommendations and were incredibly knowledgeable about everything the store had to offer. Mia and Canaan - Thank you so much for helping me and my family get set up for success with our new furbaby!!!
