Ich war auf einer längeren Reise in den USA und hatte die Gelegenheit, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten. Leider war das Zimmer extrem karg eingerichtet, was meinen Aufenthalt nicht besonders angenehm gestaltete. Zusätzlich waren Flecken auf dem Kopfkissen und dem Teppichboden, was den Wohlfühlfaktor erheblich minderte. 2-5 Sternen wegen mitleid.

Beds were comfortable enough. Breakfast was as expected for a hotel at this price point. Location was great for us. House keeping gave us fresh towels but no updated coffee supplies. Room maintenance could be better. It would give room a better quality feeling. Would have to consider really hard aboutanother possible stay in the future . Pictures will be attached. Hope it helps other customers. Hair still attached to back of dryer. Makes me wonder how good housekeeping really is

The rooms need some TLC. The air conditioning was working well. The bathroom was clean and probably the best feature of the room with high water pressure and water that gets scalding hot.
The bed was comfy but the pillows were small and over used and needed replacing and that alone cost them a ⭐ on my rating. In my opinion pillows at a hotel should be replaced frequently because of the nature of the usage and because it's one of the cheapest things they can buy to improve the sleeping experience. The room had a big TV which is nice because lately my previous rooms at other hotels had small TVs. Lots of channels on cable to watch. Breakfast wasn't anything special. Unfortunately the norm with IHG hotels is powdered scrambled eggs and if you're lucky some precooked bacon and if you're really lucky freshly cooked bacon but on that morning it was turkey sausage links. They did have the standards such as juices and milk and cereals plus some choices of breads like bagels and fresh bananas and yogurts. All in all I slept great and had a good experience.

They allowed pets which was awesome because we had 2 small dogs with us during our stay. When we checked in we got to the room and it clearly wasn't done being cleaned. The sheets were stripped off the bed, towels on the ground etc. No big deal because once we addressed the front desk he kindly apologized and upgraded us to a suite.. which we appreciated. This room was nice and clean. The only complaint I have is that the room was a little dank. But they had a pool, which was open. It was nice considering a lot of hotels in Abilene advertise a pool as an amenity and they are either dirty or closeddue to some ridiculous reason. So I appreciated that as well. My son and I took full advantage of a swim after dark. All in all it was worth price and I'd stay there again.

I have stayed at a lot of the hotels in town for work, this hotel by far has the best beds if you like a softer bed. I request this hotel every time now because I really do get the best nights sleep I’ve had in any hotel in town. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful anytime I have to speak with them. I can’t bring up the breakfast because the bed has kept me in it until the absolute last minute lol!

Owner kicked me out cause I wouldn't tell them what my service dog job was and what my medical illness were. tried telling me that my paperwork and Service ID was fake and illegal in Texas. Tried charging me more money after already been there for 2 day if not longer. Don't recommend specially if you have a service animal. They tried extorting me for more money over a service animal.

I stay here one day every week by far one of the best hotels!! Everyone is super nice Cindy and ace are the best do everything they can to make sure your taken care of!

Positive: Convenience, hot breakfast, nice room Negative: No front desk person for about 10 min. when I came in. He was pleasant but had been visiting with friends in lobby while I waited. Less than good presentation in attire as well. The shower water is running continually in the room assigned.
