Always easy to land at Burbank as another option for the LA area. Quiet and no hustle to get from plane to curb in under 5 minutes.

Southwest also does dual boarding and deplaning at Burbank so it moves faster.

Also excellent views over the valley before landing.

Rude ground staff and flight crew on some of the legs not all. Couldn't take my Amx credit card for extra fees so I couldn't get reimbursed. Only after asking for a supervisor did it get resolved. Flight crew on 3 of 4 legs dry, no sense or customer service and some just downright rude. Late flights with no assistance or explanation and most of all of concern. With a tight connection due to later arrival they didn't provide timely wheel chair assistance. So inept that a captain had to use his influence to intervene and call for a cart to assist in making the connection. Just downright unacceptable service that they actually have the nerve to charge for. Have one extra start from one because we did encounter some helpful people like the captain and one wheel chair attendant.

Was so happy Chanelle was our person who checked us in . She was gracious and kind and helped me and my 88 year old mom. I was so needing that for the trip we are taking to go smoothly. Thank you, such a great nice lady. Give her a raise!!!

Southwest is my preferred and go to airline because:

1 Personal item, 1 Carry on
2 Checked bags free
No flight change fees or hassle
Low prices
Randomized seating

Too bad Delta took most of the contract for JFK. 🙁 I have to keep using random airlines instead of commuting to SW.

The last flight I had on SouthWest, it was delayed for about an hour because of one of the passengers kept passing out. We were in the middle of taking off, but the crew stopped the plane and brought medical personnel to take the person. It sucked it took an extra hour, but they did the right thing.

I promise I’ll try to commit to you from now on, Southwest 🙂

All the flights we had were good. Most was on time, and a couple was head of schedule. Will definitely use Southwest again in my travels
