I have been passed from one PO to the other for the past 2 years. Every different PO has told me different things. I have even had Johnny schedule me at 6:45AM with an PO that doesn't come in until 8....that doesn't work with my work schedule. So I waited in the lobby for over

No one wants to be on probation. This location has kind and empathetic staff that really want to help you get back on your feet. If you work with them, they'll work with you. Speaking from experience here ?

This is just an FYI for those on probation in Colorado. If you have any issues with your probation officer or feel they are not meeting your expectations or getting you the help you need and deserve you have the right to back in front of your judge and he has the authority to help you. I did it and it made a world of difference. So don't be scared to use that resource if it's a legitimate cause he will make it right.

During my initial visit, I was told if I followed the recommendations outlined, I'd most likely have no need for continued UAs and they would apply for early termination of probation. I was also advised not to pay the fees in full, because they'd simply be refunded since am low-risk and, again, would be recommended for early termination. Welp, at the discretion of my officer, I am still having to submit UAs; I've never failed one. Labrontay has not responded to one text, call, or email. It doesn't seem fair after speaking to my attorney who confirmed that she totally has the power to release me from mandatory UAs. I wish I had an officer who was responsive and considerate; she's neither.

This is why government services should never be privatized. Probation officers at TI do not treat their clients with respect, they expect them to change the type of appointment with less than 2 days business notice, they do not return phone calls, do not respond to emails, and instead of working with the client, they do not believe them when the probation officers aren't doing their diligent work and gathering information from their partnering agencies. As the daughter of a retired probation officer, this is disheartening to see what this agency has done to the credibility and respect of this once admired profession.
