Alex is a great technician. He was able to figure out what the problem with our fridge was and repair it for us. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable and explained the problem in detail.

We had TI Constant repair our refrigerator and dishwasher repairs. TI was very responsive , and arranged for timely appointments, and repaired all brands. Alexander was very helpful, performed the repairs quickly, while taking his time to explain what the issue were.
A few weeks later, when our washer machine needed repairs- we knew who to call. It was nice to see the same repairman, Alex, who again was very communicative.
Would definitely recommend!

I hired these guys to fix the KitchenAid refrigerator at my property. There are tons of companies offering KitchenAid appliance repair in New Jersey, and it was quite difficult to find the right one because all of them claim to be the best online, you know? Well, I'm glad I found AstRepair. The technician arrived on time, so my tenant didn't bother me by saying no one showed up (haas happened a few times with other servicemen). They explained what was going on and provided a reasonable estimate. They even sent me pictures of the repair! Amazing, I have my go-to appliance repair guys from now on.

I was able to get an appointment in less than 24 hrs from my initial call. My service person Alex text me prior to his visit, and was on time. He evaluated my refrigerator, explained the problem, and answered all my questions. My refrigerator is old and was not worth the cost of the repair. If needed I would definitely contact ASTRepair again.

Super impressed! Was very nervous to have a technician try to fix my dishwasher just cause finding someone responsible, communicative and affordable is always a hassle but these people really were all of the above. Prompt reminders for appointments and easy scheduling, technician was on time and polite, payment was easy and automated. Just incredible service all around. Of course he also fixed my dishwasher so super happy 🙂 Thank you Alex for fixing my dishwasher!!! Will be using them again!!

This company came to repair my icemaker through my warranty company and did a very bad job and refuse to come fix the leak they created. I contacted the company multiple times and they refuse to send the technician that came to repair the icemaker
