I had a disappointing experience in the perfume section during my recent visit. The older lady working there was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She seemed upset when we tried to sample the perfumes, which is the whole purpose of that area. Her attitude made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, which completely ruined the shopping experience. Customer service should be about making people feel valued, not discouraged from exploring products. I hope this issue is addressed to ensure a better experience for future customers.

Seems to always be busy and unable to shop. Recently walked in and line was wrapped around 40 people long. Why shop when you'll stand in a long line to pay. Not sure what continually causes this situation at this location, but when at other locations around Indy its not the same.

I love the home merchandise, it’s just what I need for my business. But this store is the worst. A few Saturday’s ago, the line was 60+people long, and took 50 minutes to get through with maybe 3-4 cashiers. Zero team members care to more any faster, surely due to lack of any management. Tons of stockers are roaming the aisles, either chatting with each other and doing nothing (young team members) or on their phones. Today I walked in and the line-on a weekday at 11am, was 40 people long. None of this is worth the waste of my time. Hate this place.

As so many other have said. This store needs major help. The line is absolutely stupid and the lack of open registers are just absurd. Waiting in line like it’s damn Disney world or something. Never again.

9/10 times when I come in here I turn around and leave immediately because the line looks fuller than the DMV. Today I waited 30 minutes and missed the time I had to grab lunch before work. Maria at check out was very nice.

The lady who checked us out was extremely rude. While my son was having a meltdown (to mind her business he is only 2 years old) she tried to tell him to sit down and just giving dirty looks. As we were done checking out she started talking under her breath to her co-worker that even the other customers started looking at us. She was not friendly. She was not polite. She is not the type of person you want to have working at your store. To say the least I will not be coming into that store ever again. And next time she should mind her business and not criticize my son.

Love the store..hate the line. 80 people in line, and the store has only been open an hour. Only FIVE CHECKOUTS OPEN. C'mon, maybe pay your workers more money, so you'll have more employees, especially during the holidays. ?
